36 Dutch Masters from the Hermitage, Treasures of the Tsars –

Temporary Blockbuster exhibition October 2017 – 27 May 2018. In the Hermitage on the Amstel, Amsterdam

Also, in the same museum building: An amazing Portrait gallery of the Golden Age with many impressive XXL Civic Guard portraits

This is probably the best temporary exhibition shown in this building since its opening year. Thirty-six masterworks by Dutch Masters, collected by Catharine the Great and the Tsars, now on an 8 month presentation.

Photography is permitted in these halls (at least on the day I was there).
